# User group requirements

> Learn about user qualification requirements for operating Wandelbots NOVA. Ensure only authorized and trained personnel interact with the robotics platform.

> **⚠️ CAUTION:** **Danger in case of insufficient qualification of users**

> People can be injured if unqualified user groups set up the physical robot environment.
>
> - Only qualified user groups designated by the operating company may set up the physical robot environment.
> - Keep unqualified user groups away from the area of risk.

> **NOTICE:** **Material damage in case of insufficient qualification of users**\
> Material damage can occur if unqualified user groups operates Wandelbots NOVA with physical robots or remains in the area of risk of Wandelbots NOVA.

> - Only qualified user groups designated by the operating company may operate and use Wandelbots NOVA with physical robots.
> - Keep unqualified user groups away from the area of risk.

## Commissioning & Maintenance personnel

- Well-founded knowledge of the used robot brand by the robot manufacturer is assured,
- Proof of participation in training courses from the robot manufacturer,
- Successful training course in handling the robot's safety control.

## Operating personnel

- Only people who have been trained by Wandelbots GmbH or the operating company on Wandelbots NOVA are allowed to act as operating personnel.
- Users use Wandelbots NOVA according to the intended use.
- With regard to the operation, users must be aware of the hazards associated with the process and how to prevent these.
- Users were instructed about their assigned tasks and the possible dangers of improper behavior by Wandelbots GmbH or a certified partner company.
- Users must have read and understood this documentation. Tasks which exceed usual operation may only be executed by users if Wandelbots GmbH or a certified partner company has explicitely entrusted them with these tasks.
